Dr. Benjamin Rubin's staff

Dr. Rubin is proud to have a team of personal staff members who are very experienced in orthopaedic health care and believe in treating patients with courtesy, respect and kindness, while paying close attention to their needs and concerns. Below is a list of his staff, their job titles and experience and their direct phone lines, should you desire to contact them.

Stacy is my Physician Assistant or “PA” (714 937-2189). Stacy is licensed to evaluate and treat patients in the office when I am present or on her own as needed. She assists me in the operating room, and she is the person to call for medication and surgery related questions. After getting her MMSc at Yale, Stacy joined my practice in 2002. I trust and rely on her to care for my patients with me.

Hilda is my administrative assistant and practice coordinator (714 937-2121). Hilda schedules all office appointments and is the person to contact for medical records and general information about my practice. She is fluent in Spanish. Hilda has been part of my team since 2006. Previously she worked as a medical assistant for 6 years. She has completed her AA at Rio Hondo College.

Lorraine is my back office medical assistant and surgery scheduler (714 937-2120). Lorraine also schedules MRI and CT scans, and can assist you with clinical questions including medication renewals and physical therapy referrals. She has 6 years of orthopedic experience.

Carmen is my billing and collections assistant (714 937- 2184). Carmen manages billing of charges for office visits and surgical procedures. If you have questions about a bill or about your insurance coverage for treatment please call her.
